Rigid Setup Box

At Marion Paper Box Company we strive to offer our customers ample resources to get the service and quality product they desire every time. Please see a list of our more common rigid setup box designs below.

Shoe box

A shoe box style setup box is a box made up of two parts – base and lid – where the lid depth is equal to 1 inch.

Partially Telescoping

A partially telescoping setup box is a box made up of two parts – base and lid – where the lid is shallower than the base depth but not equal to 1 inch.

Full Telescoping

A full telescoping setup box is a box made up of two parts – base and lid – where the lid depth is the same as the base depth.

Tray

A tray is a rigid box design that only utilizes one of the two elements of a standard rigid box. (e.g. a base is created with no lid)

Hinged Lid (3 & 4 Panel)

A hinged lid rigid setup box is a design that incorporates a standard base with a lid – made up of 3 to 4 panels – that wraps around the base. The closure for the lid is most commonly secured through the use of magnets, ribbons, Velcro patches, or tuck tabs.
