Partitions & Inserts
Partitions and inserts are used inside of a folding carton or rigid setup box to offer the product within to be packed securely and displayed in such a way that best matches the aesthetics of the overall design.
Foam
A foam insert offers custom die cut profiles that fit the specifications of each job, create an aesthetic product display, and provide ample protection for products through packing, shipping, and end user use.
Thermoformed Plastic Tray
Thermoformed plastics are custom designed for each packaging solution to increase protection and reduce product movement. Often, thermoformed plastics are best suited for larger runs due to higher setup and preparation costs.
Stand-off Trap
A Stand-off trap is an insert created out of paperboard that holds the product in place for shipping and display. The trap raises the product to a determined height within the box and creates a cavity to hold the product firmly in place. Stand-off traps offer the option for printing and other specialty finishes.
Paperboard Tray
Tray inserts create compartmentalization within a box. Trays can incorporate printing and finishing options, as well as specialty wraps and textures.
Partitions
Typically made from paperboard stock, partitions separate a box into individual compartments to keep product organized and secured. Often used in bulk storage within a box where products cannot contact each other.
